Your story stays yours. Clidora is a personal pet health notebook that stores caregiver profiles, pet information, health records, drafts, care moments, photos, and settings locally on your device. Clidora has no account server, cloud sync, or remote backup of your care workspace.
Clidora (“the App”) is an iOS application for keeping pet health records and care schedules. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App, and how it is stored or shared — always under your control on the device you use.
Depending on how you use Clidora, the App may store on this device:
Structured data is stored with Realm inside the App sandbox. Attachments are stored as sandbox files. Preferences may use Apple UserDefaults for small UI or session helpers.
Only photos or scans you choose (Photo Library), capture (Camera), or scan (document camera, when supported) are used. Booklet text suggestions run on your device using Apple Vision / VisionKit. No photos or recognized text are sent to an OCR server or an AI service by Clidora.
Original source images may be retained separately from cropped profile or preview images so you can revisit the source. Microphone access may be requested if you use optional voice notes related to pet care; recordings, when created, remain on device unless you share them yourself.
Apple’s App Privacy nutrition label for this build is intended to reflect Data Not Collected for developer-side collection, consistent with the App’s PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy (tracking disabled; no collected data types declared for upload).
Clidora only shares content when you open the system share sheet and choose a destination (for example JSON exports or an ICS care calendar). Exports may include health and profile information. Keep shared copies and original photos somewhere you trust. A JSON export may include photo metadata; original photo files are not embedded and must be kept separately if you need them.
Care reminders and birthday nudges appear in the App while Clidora is open (in-app inbox / banners). The App does not request system notification permission and does not schedule Apple system local notifications for care alerts. If you export an ICS calendar, any alarms are controlled by the external calendar app you import into.
Clidora is intended for caregivers managing pet records. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region) as a primary audience. Do not store information about children in the App beyond what you choose to keep for pet care documentation.
Health-related text and photos you enter are for your personal record-keeping. Clidora does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Accuracy of filed details remains your responsibility.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect App changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published. Continued use of Clidora after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
