CLIDORA

Terms of Use

Clidora · Effective Date: October 20, 2026 · Last updated: October 20, 2026

A tool for thoughtful care. By downloading, accessing, or using the Clidora mobile application (“Clidora”, “the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Clidora is

Clidora is a personal pet health record and care schedule tool. You may create a local caregiver profile, add pets, file health chapters (vaccine, medication, deworming, dental, vet visit), track care moments, browse a calendar and archive, and export files you choose to share.

Clidora does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend medication, or calculate doses. Always follow your veterinarian’s instructions and the product label. The App is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence. On first launch you tap Get Started to open a local session. An on-screen agreement checkbox may be shown for clarity; using Get Started and continuing to use Clidora means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. A local workspace (no online account)

Opening a care desk creates a local session only. Clidora does not provide an online account, cloud sync, multi-device restore, or guaranteed service availability beyond the App running on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups and original documents (including source photos) outside the App if you need them.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Health and missed care

Contact your veterinarian about a missed prescribed dose or any medical concern. Do not change doses or treatment based on Clidora. In-app reminders appear while the App is open; they are not system push notifications. External calendar apps control any alarms after you import an exported ICS file.

6. Intellectual property

The App’s name, design, trademarks, and software are owned by Clidora or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you enter (profiles, records, photos). You grant yourself (and any share destination you choose) only the rights needed to display or export that content through system features you initiate.

7. Exports and third-party destinations

When you use Share, Save, or similar system sheets, your content leaves Clidora under the terms of the destination you select (Messages, Files, Mail, another app, etc.). Clidora is not responsible for how those third parties handle your data after you share it.

8. Sign out and deletion

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Clidora is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. On-device recognition may be incomplete or unavailable on some devices; a manual entry path remains available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clidora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, pets’ health outcomes, or missed care arising from your use of or inability to use the App. You remain solely responsible for veterinary decisions.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App changes. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Contact
